About Us

Jenn, alongside her husband, moved to the picturesque town of Algonquin in 2021. 

With the companionship of their three adorable fur babies— 

Cash, Willie, and Ace. 

In January 2023, Jenn's aspirations took shape as she opened her very own salon, aptly named Hair She Goes Salon Suite. Nestled in the heart of Algonquin, the salon became a sanctuary for those seeking expert hair care, style transformations, and a warm, welcoming atmosphere. 

Jenn frequently travels to attend hair courses, honing her skills and expanding her knowledge base with over 19 years of experience.  

 This commitment to continuous learning allows her to stay at the forefront of industry advancements and offer her clients the most innovative and personalized services available. Her specialization lies in balayage/colour and cutting fine to curly hair,  with cutting edge techniques. 

Beyond the salon, Jenn finds joy in exploring the world and immersing herself in different cultures. 

And, don't even get her started on plants... 

Whether it's tending to a lush array of flowers or growing her collection of indoor tropical plants, she embraces the therapeutic qualities of nature. Her deep appreciation for the beauty of life extends from her clients' hair to the botanical wonders she cultivates.  

Above all, Jenn's genuine passion for her craft shines through in her interactions with clients. She relishes the opportunity to be challenged and loves nothing more than bringing out the best in each person who sits in her chair.
